4-4:30 pm informal happy hour and viewing of creations.

You will Create 2-3 projects which include fabulous art works made from paper and small 3d objects. We will utilize different techniques in mixed media. This class will be an exploration into the processes of making large scale collage art on canvas or board. It involves transforming vintage paper materials into something meaningful and even sacred.
Don't bring a thing (except for personal items to incorporate in your works) Just show up and create!
All items will be supplied including:
1. Canvas board and birch panels
2. Scissors, cutting tools hardware, drills etc. . .
3. ink and paint
4. Adhesives, polymer
5. Vintage ephemera and images
6. small 3d items
And Lunch and snacks!

a focus on found object and picture pendant jewelry.
Create 5-8 fabulous pieces of jewelry utilizing different techniques in mixed media. We will use vintage jewelry parts for upcycling, images that you treasure, and unusual things to create interesting works of adornment. Add personal items and create pieces that you will treasure.

Create several fabulous works of art in a really messy environment and leave the mess behind. Use fabulous treasures from the past, old papers from the 1800's, victorian hardware and photos, unusual things to create interesting works of art. Add personal items and create art that you will treasure.

4. Acrylic gel Medium – or any adhesive for collage

6. Different kinds of glues
7. Antique objects, game pieces, old hardware, collage items,
ephemera from 1800’s -1920’s and old photos. The Good Stuff!
8. Vessels and boards for your creations.
-Bring various items that you would like to use on your shrine - this could be anything! - (Jewelry, fake flowers, price tags, watch parts, shoelaces, fake eyelashes, the kitchen sink etc.) Remember, smaller objects or items that can be broken down would be most appropriate.
